It will be our first time staying at the Boardwalk Inn. We arrive Nov. 23rd thru Thanksgiving. Any comments on the Inn, and/or time of year. Are the parks VERY crowded then? I am interested in your comments!
Thanks!

love the bwi. right in the middle of everything. we had rooms overlooking the boardwalk, but as soon as we closed our doors, it was very quiet. dont know how the crowds are at that time of year.

I have stayed at BWI and other Epcot resorts. BW is a great resort. Easy walk to Epcot, walk/boat to MGM, many restaurants, great pool and fun atmosphere.

Yes, it will be crowded over the holiday. If you plan accordingly (use FP, ADR for dinners) you will have a great time!

I love the BW, we honeymonned there and couldn't have picked a better spot. One of our favorite things to do was end the night at Bellvue Lounge (it's near check in) It was a great place to go in and sit with a drink after being at the parks. We also loved Jellyrolls, it's very entertaining.
The parks will be busy but not overwhelming (imho). It is a great time of year to go everything is decorated wonderfully.
Have a great time :wizard:

the BWI is the next resort we want try maybe sometime in the spring. I have a feeling that it will be my favorite resort (but son and husband's hearts belong to wilderness lodge)

One tip I can give about the Boardwalk Inn is that they have a nice breakfast set up in the Belle Vue room every morning. We stayed there in June and it is really a great resort. However, we got tired of going out to eat every morning so our last few days we got an assortment of bagels, donuts, etc. from the Belle Vue room and brought them back to our room. Very good food and I thought the prices were good also. It is on the lobby level to the left just before you get to the main elevators.

We LOVE the BWI. We stayed there in February and are staying there again in January. It really is lovely and convenient to everything.

We stayed at BWI in May and loved it.

Watch Illuminations from the bridge near France and you can get out in a jiffy. We walked most days to both Epcot and MGM. Loved the peaceful walk to MGM. Cut through the main pool area to pick up the walkway to MGM.

We liked the quiet pool, right outside our room better than the main pool, just to crowded and noisy.

Even though it was a busy time of the year - start of the Celebration, we hardly saw anyone in the hallways at BWI.

Enjoy
