Boardwalk - Epcot - HS Boat Stops / Schedule

Hey Folks

I know there must be a map and schedule somewhere but where..... I'm looking at how to get to / from HS from boardwalk resorts or Epcot to HS / back. Wondering what order the boat stops at the various resorts and how frequently they run.

The boats start running about an hour prior to park openings. The route is....from Epcot to BW, then YC/BC, then S/D, finally to DHS. The reverse is from DHS, S/D, YC/BC, BW, Epcot. They tend to run about every 15-20 mins, depending on time of day.
You can also walk to both parks from these resorts.

We don't take the boats much because we can usually walk faster, but adding to goofy4tink, I believe they run at least an hour after parks close. Goofy4tink, is that correct?

Boats will run until one hour after park closing at which point that part of the loop is left off if the other park is still open. For example, let's say DHS closes at 7:00 pm, but Epcot is open until 9:00 pm. The last boat will leave DHS' dock at 8:00 pm. The boats will continue to run because Epcot is still open, but the route will only cover Epcot, BW/BWV, YC/BC, and S/D (no more DHS).

You are saying if DHS closes at 7:00 the last boat will leave DHS at 7:00. Wouldn't it be 8:00?

I am a fast walker and I absolutely cannot get to DHS from anywhere faster than the boats. I can always beat the boats between EPCOT and Beach Club or Yacht Club, and sometimes can beat it between EPCOT and Boardwalk. I stay at these resorts almost every year and do these walks all the time.
