Boardwalk Concierge check in??

How do they do the check in for the concierge at the Boardwalk?Is it like the Poly where they take you straight to your room?

If I remember correctly, yes, this is how it is done there as well. We really enjoyed that resort.

I was wondering about this question too since we'll be staying there soon. I wonder if you check-in at the front desk or go straight to the concierge floor for check in. Does anyone know for sure?

When you arrive, let the bellman know you are a concierge guest, they will take you stright to the concierge floor. If your room is ready (they call ahead before you leave to go upstairs), they will take you and your luggage right to your room. After you settle in you go to the concierge desk to check in.

Last time I was there, 2 yrs ago we checked in at the front desk, that could of changed though, I guess I will find out in November

The two times we stayed BWI concierge we had to check in at the front desk but it was for the garden suites which is a totally different direction than the concierge lounge.

Hmmm...maybe either my memory is foggy or things have changed since we stayed there in 2000. Sorry if I gave incorrect info. If you do need to check in at the front desk, they defiitely need to change that.

BWI does not have concierge check-in yet. This is as of two weeks ago. You must check-in at the front desk.
