I almost forgot..

I have a presentation south of London (our at home reception site) next week, so we decided to book some appointments in London afterwards to get that stuff done.

We are going to the venue to customize the menu, look through the decor they have (although I think I will do my own) and do a floor plan.

We also have an appointment for cupcake tasting! Here are the six we are going to try:

Chocolate Peppermint Twist – chocolate cake/mint frosting/hidden mint patty

Crispy Carlton – vanilla cake with crispy crunch/peanut butter frosting

Banana Cream Cheese Stomp – banana cake/cream cheese frosting

Vanilla Coconut Jitterbug – coconut cake/pink coconut frosting

Lemon Mexican Hat – lemon cake/cream cheese frosting

Strawberry Samba – strawberry cake/strawberry frosting

I make some great cupcakes - and one of my favorite flavors of all time is a rich chocolate cupcake with "butter-mint" icing, which essentially is a buttercream with good quality mint extract mixed in...YUM! But honestly I love the sounds of a few of your flavors - can't wait to hear how it goes!

So nobody from DFTW has answered me yet about the vinlymation, and since it is almost the weekend, I probably won't hear back until least monday. So I think I will just order it off the website, and maybe some other things....I'll keep you updated!

Just found your PJ and wanted to say that your ideas sound amazing! As for the vinylmation, you can order it online and have it shipped to the beach club. They'll hold onto it for you and have it there when you check in. It should save some $$ on shipping

Thanks I tried calling Disney and asking if they would ship it to the resort, but they said no I am just hoping I can find one in DTD or Epcot before the wedding!

Thanks I am getting so excited, but these next 3 weeks will be stressful for both DF and I, as school is coming to an end


I have office hours today for students (who never show up) so I will post some updates later this afternoon, since I won't be around much again until next monday

Like I predicted, students are not showing up to my office hours, so here are my small updates…..

Today I got my final hair cut and trim! I am really happy with it, but I always am when I leave that place. It is really dark (I am naturally blonde) but I have had my hair dark for awhile and love it that way. Plus, I think it will look good against the (off)white dress!

My bm’s have organized a bachelorette party this weekend! I didn’t think anything was going to happen with this, so I am really surprised and very happy! We are going to Niagara Falls this weekend for it. Saturday we are going to the only bar there, which is apparently super fancy (and I think we are getting bottle service, YAY), and my MOH let it slip we are going on a wine tour on Sunday (my FAV thing ever!). So I am super excited!

DF’s friends are throwing one for him in our own city, and inviting up a bunch of his good friends that he hasn’t seen for awhile, so he is excited. I am sure they will just drink, watch hockey and play Wii, but that will be fun for them!

I also finished buying my girls their gifts, but I don’t want to post them on here, just incase they stumble across this (I doubt it, but you can’t ever be to careful!). One thing I ordered online on March 2nd, and it was supposed to be here in 2 weeks (I paid more to get it here quick) and it still isn’t here…I emailed the person today, so hopefully it will be sorted out.

I have a hair trial at home (before my shower) on the Saturday before we go (April 10th). I am debating between 3 styles:

The middle one I can probably do almost as good myself, so I might do that for the welcome dinner or one of our big nights (for Jiko or La Nouba). But I can’t decide between the first and third for the ceremony. Whichever one I don’t do, I will probably get done for the at home reception.

I also decided I want my makeup like this:

I love bright makeup and pink, so this looks perfect!

We have also decided to give out wedding party gifts at the welcome/rehearsal DP. I think we will give everyone that isn’t in the wedding party a shot glass and a treat, so that everyone gets something.

We still are waiting for out ME stuff to come. The person I am renting DVC from told me to email them this week if I haven't received it, so hopefully I hear back from them soon!

Okay, I think that is all for now! I will try and update as I get more things done, but I have to finish my thesis before the end of the month, as well as I have tones of exams and essays to mark for the undergraduate classes, and a presentation in another city UGHHH! I need Florida to come fast!
