Boarding times for SWA ?

I just printed my boarding passes for tomorrow. WOOHOO it's finally here.

So my question is, how long before the scheduled flight time does boarding start? We have low A boarding passes. We've always flown Jet Blue and hand picked our own seats. Then we walk my son (who has autism) around until final boarding call. I never paid attention to when they actually start boarding.

SW starts boarding about 30 mins before departure. I would be at the gate, ready to go, at least an hour before. You can walk around the area with your ds, then be ready to get in line when they start lining up.
