No!!! I'm so far behind on trip reports it isn't even funny. I'm slowly making my way around and now I'm pushing that one to the top of my list!

I have never encountered the no picture rule before, I do not believe they do that out here at Disneyland.

I agree it is reasonable, but still no reason to be mean about it.

Ya....we did do it again but in our defense it was another character that we didn't have any pictures of and hadn't seen before! I should also mention that the second time it happened, the girls were in line near the back when DH was told and when he pointed them out, the CM told him he should wait until it was their turn

I really don't know...perhaps he was having an off day
We have never had any other encounters with rude CM's that I can think of so can't complain too much.

I don't think I have read your version of the Petals meet.....I'll go check it out shortly!

Blue, you and I are on the same schedule when it comes to our reports... I haven't started my '08 report, either! We're slow, but we'll finish the race just like the tortoise, eh?!

Your pictures are so nice...so sharp and pretty! The scolding over the privacy thing was a bit over the top... don't we always get faces of strangers, adult and child, in the backgrounds of our photos?? I don't see how it can be helped!!

Loving the gorgeous weather and the low crowds!! Perfect for touring!

ok...I am on the 1st day after you got through the border. Which border area did you come through at?? We go to Canada every summer and we always cross at sue stx marie (I know thats spelled wrong I can never spell it right). If we are with DH family then we head way up north to Horwood Lake about an hour away from Timmons. My grandparents own a couple of cabins in Whitefish Falls which is about an half hour away from Esponola and about an hour away from Sudbury. Again spelling is probably way off. Both Dh and I grew up going to Canada every summer.

My dad always told us to be quiet too when crossing the border unless they asked us a question. They have never been pulled over (which when going for over 30 yrs as a married couple and even longer for my dad since he has been going at least twice a year since he was 6)
My aunt always flips out every time they go over bc my uncle was pulled over and searched once and of course was ticked off they didn't put anything back.!

My dad used to have a radar detector that are illegal in Canada at least they were. This has probably been 10-15 yrs ago. We were almost out of Canada about a mile away from the USA bridge and a cop pulled him over and took it. He got a ticket and never got it back. We thought he would let it go since we were almost out of the country but nope. Said there were signs saying it was illegal. Let me tell you it took us a couple more years before we found it...they were tiny! Who is supposed to see that??

OK...gotta go back to the rest of the trip.
