You may be onto something. Maybe he was wanting antlers on his head and that was why he kept touching his head as well? We need somebody who knows this Donald Duck personally to interpret for us.

What a fun start to your first day! You really got a lot accomplished - Bella looks so cute with Minnie - what a doll! Looks like you are going again at Christmas time It is SO beautiful - we went in Dec 2008 and I was solo for 4 days until my DD & grandson (who was 14 mos old then) joined me for the last 4 days. We are going again 11/28-12/3/10 and staying at BWV w/boardwalk view and I am SOO excited!

A co-worker & his family went on their first family WDW vacation on 5/2-5/8/10 so looks like he was there the same time you were. He said it was hot but it had been warm here before they left so they had got a little acclimated to the humidity & heat here in VA.

What a great way to end the day! I think that will be my ADR of choice next time we go (whenever that may be)...the kids are so cute with the characters! Bella's excitment is priceless!!!

Maybe so! We will never know. He did keep pointing to his head...when I kept rattling off guesses he kept rolling his arms like you do in pictionary...you know, like almost there, keep going??? It remains a mystery! I almost wondered if it was someone who knew Noah, maybe a friend's brother or sister or something? But when I said "know" he didn't react, so I guess not!

I can't WAIT to see it all decorated! Yes, we were there the same time as your co-worker. It had been fairly mild here, so we weren't used to the heat AT ALL! We sweated a lot! Worth it though!

I will never know where she keeps her energy reserve. I wish I had as much as she did! No, I did not get bounceback but I do have a pin. It's not a great one (20% value, 25% mod, 30% deluxe), but better than nothing. I hope they will give you a great one for next May! Be ready for the HEAT!

There are two parts of the story. First off, ever since Bella I have struggled with weight. I have never gotten back down to where I was before I got pg, and have bounced back and forth a lot. Right now, I am extremely up, and have lacked motivation to do anything about it....

My boyfriend went to Disney for the first time last Jan for the marathon. He went with some CM's and was not that impressed, but they totally rushed him through everything and he didn't get to look around or do his own thing. I have been trying to convince him that we should take a Christmas trip. He keeps saying NO WAY.

Until.

I tell him how much I have been struggling and that I really need something that is going to motivate me for real. And ask him if I lose 30 pounds, can we have a very Disney Christmas?

And he says YES!

If that's not motivation, what is???? It will be hard, but with DISNEY on the line, I know I can do it!!! Especially CHRISTMAS DISNEY!

So that's my story. We will probably do a 5 night trip at a value unless a really good offer comes along. We are looking at somewhere around the 11th, either leaving or coming home that day.

That is a great idea to use Disney as a motivater. The only reason I ever ran my first half marathon is because I knew it was the only way I was getting to Disneyland. You can definitely do it! And anytime you're tempted to cheat just think about Main Street USA Have you been down to the WISH part of the boards. There are lots of supportive people down there working on getting healthier. Good luck!

I know you will do it and get to go in December!! It is absolutely beautiful at Christmas time. You mentioned staying at a value resort to save money - you may be able to get a PIN code to save some $$ plus I got one for free dining through December 30th (I think, will have to read it again).
