Blue or Black?

Just got my new passport delivered and wondering what colour would you say it is if you also have or have seen a recently renewed passport? Would you say it is blue or is it black? Not what the internet tells you it is, but, the actual colour that you see?

Officially it's blue, but it's a very dark, possibly navy, blue which is easily mistaken for black under less than ideal lighting.
