We've booked to see the Blue Man Group when we are there in August.

Anyone else seen them in Orlando and what did you think.

Had a look at the video on the website and looks great fun

I haven't seen the Orlando show but if it is half as good as the Las Vegas show you will have a fantastic night.

On the other hand I thought it was overpriced juvenile rubbish. Okay if you have several hyper 6 yr olds in your group.

I wasn't impressed with Cirque so hoping BMG is more to my tastes. Booked for 19th August so will find out soon

Wayneg, which seats did you get, we are there on the 23rd but weren't brave enough to go for Poncho Rows , we got Zone 1 Row A.

BMG are very hard to describe, but it is a unique and highly inventive form of entertainment, unlike anything I have seen. I guess I was fairly non-plussed by the Orlando show (hand't seen them before) for the first 10/15 minutes, but once you get used to their unusual style it soon becomes captivating stuff. You need to enjoy the heavily-percussive style of music they favour, but there are so many off-the-wall moments of humour, there is sure to be something that appeals to you along the way, while the big finale is truly a stunner. It is a bit like entertainment from the Planet Tharg, or Sesame Street for grown-ups; distinctly oddball but wildly amusing once you get into the swing of it. The Youtube video is very handy for providing a taste of their style, though.
