Blue Goose Trip

Hello ladies!

I've posted this before but I'm going to do it again just in case there is any doubt or in case anyone hasn't heard.

I am not going on the trip in November. I don't really have anyone to watch the kids for that length of time, and while Ruben would take off work, it would be without pay which we cannot afford right now. The move we made this summer, set us back alot.

So, I am going to look into putting the ADRs that are in my name into someone else's, perhaps Missy's. So if you are on one that I made, you can just get in touch with her once I change them.

For those of you who are new this year to the trip, it's alot different then last years. We tried to do things in more of a group setting last year. Everyone was new, and we had lots of group plans with large ADRs.

This year, as you've probably noticed, things are a little less scheduled. The ADRs are in smaller groups. People are more interested in doing their own thing.
So for those of you who've never been, don't expect a tour guide sort of trip. If you want to join in, it will be up to you to make that effort. It will still be fun, just in a different less planned out sort of way.

Anyways, I just wanted to post that and make sure everyone knew. I hope you all have a great time. I know we did the first time.

And as always, you know where to find me if anyone wants to come hang out. :rolleyes1 :cool1: :rotfl2:

Beth, we are going to miss you. :sad1:

But we also understand. Did your kids ever do a Flat Stanley project? Well, if they haven't, let me explain. Flat Stanley is a paper doll. Kids make one, he goes everywhere they go, their parents go, even aunts & uncles take Flat Stanley places. So we need a Flat Beth paper doll, we'll take her all over WDW & take pictures--look, it's Beth on Splash Mountain! it's Beth eating at Kona--and share them with you later. What do you think???

Hmmm, can we make a Skinny Beth and take her picture?? :lmao:

That's a sweet idea Missy, and I thank you for thinking of me. I wouldn't want anyone to go through any trouble though. You all just go and have FUN!!!!!

Ditto. Little by little you'll see people through Vegas trips.
Really??? Whoo hoo, when does your flight arrive? :rolleyes1 ;)

Hell yeah baby!!! :woohoo: :yay:

I would LOVE a Disneyland meet !!!!!!! :yay: I haven't been there since my honeymoon 22 years ago !
22 years! Are you kidding me?? Well, I'd say it's time to go back. So you've never been to California Adventure?

You'll like it. They have Tower of Terror, a roller coaster that goes upside down, one of those things that shoots you way up in the air and drops you back down, a water ride with a drop, and Soarin Over California like at Epcot. :thumbsup2

So come on, what the heck are you waiting for?? Another 22 years??? ;)

Well, it's not any trouble. I think it'll be fun.

No doubt, you will be missed, Beth! I was looking forward to meeting you IRL! But, of course I understand the tough decision that you had to make.

I am not sure about Vegas, but DL appeals to me...

Forget all that. They have beer.

Well then, I'll leave it up to you. :goodvibes

Have you ever been to DL? If not, then yes, you need to make a trip out there!!
And I was looking forward to meeting you too. You've done a great job of keeping in touch with this group and it sucks that I won't get to hang out with you. :sad2:

No, I have never been. I would be interested in the city pass you talked about since I am a big Universal fan. Although, I think the Universal AP gets me into all of the Universal Parks, not just Orlando.
