Can you order off the lunch menu at dinner?
What are the hours for lunch and dinner?
When you make a reservation can you request a table close to the water?
Is there a toll free number to make reservations?

Thanks everyone!

#1 No
#2 Lunch is 11:30-3:30 dinner from 4pm
#3 You can request it, but it is not guaranteed. When you check in for your reservation you can ask for a water table and then you will have to wait until one is available
#4 no toll free number available that I know of

Hope this helps!

If you make an 11:30 ps, you'll get a water view table with no wait.

I posted this on another thread, but according to the CM at BB, all the 11:30 PS's are water view. Any time past that and you'll have to wait for an available table if you want a water view.

The wait for a water view usually isn't too bad. Maybe 15-25 minutes depending on your party size.

I don't think this is always true. A couple of years ago, I had a PS for the first seating at 11:30, and we did not have a water view (we didn't ask for one). Based on what I saw the check-in person at BB doing, it looked like people were being seated in the order that the PS was made (mine was only made a few days in advance), rather than the order people were showing up. I noticed that there were numbers on the cards, and they weren't in order of people checking in.

I just remember it being pretty crazy, the waiting area was completely full! Hopefully things are more organized now.

We have an 11:30 res in August, and I understand that you need to "check-in" at 11-11:10 to get the water side table, which is what we are planning. I've never tried it before. Does anyone else have any advice on this?

We just got back from DL, had PS at 11:50am, didnt request water side dining but i was also told to show up 15-20 mins early if i wanted to request water side tables. We were there at 11:30 when they started seating and there were a lot of people asking for water side dining, so i would be there early as possible if you dont want to wait for those tables. Hope this helps you out !!!

I'm sure there are exceptions and as we all know, what a cm tells you isn't always true.

Our reservation was at 11:30. We stopped by at 11 and was told we couldn't check in earlier than 15 minutes before the PS (this is probably because they don't actually open until 11:30. At any rate, we just hung around for 15 minutes and then checked in.

I asked the CM for a water view. She looked at my PS and said that there were 13 water view tables and that all PS's for 11:30 were guaranteed (the word she used) water views. Once those tables were filled, they quit booking for 11:30. She didn't make any notations on our PS card at all about a water view.

At any rate, we were the first to check in, the last to be called (we were getting a little worried and actually counted the names called...we were 13th). Every other table seated at that time was a water view.

Also, we made our reservations through vacation planning 2 months before our trip. When I told them I wanted a water view, they also said book for 11:30 and while they wouldn't guarantee it, he said he was quite sure we would get a water view.

Who knows, but as crowded and crazy as it was, if I wanted a water view, I'd book for 11:30.

I've had 11:30 reservations every time we go and sometimes we get water tables sometimes we don't. I was told it is based on when you make your reservation, not when you check in. I've been the first to check in before, but we were not the first called when they started seating.

Also, we've been twice before with more than 5 people and they would not seat us by the water.

I would think that was because the tables at water side only seat 4 and it would be pretty difficult to rearrange the tables as busy as it is in there.

Honestly, it seemed to me that it was pretty haphazard as to who gets called first for a table. Since we were the last called, we watched as they went through the 11:30 ps's and it really did seem as though it was pure chance as to when you got called. Since we had made our reservations nearly 2 months prior, I'd be very surprised if we got the last available ps for that time slot.

We were definitely the last ones with an 11:30 ps because the party next to us was called right after we were and they were later than 11:30. I don't remember now what they had said their ps was for, but I believe it was 11:40.
