Yes. I emailed Disney and that's what they told me.

Hopefully somebody will post a dining review of it while POTC is down and let us know.... I am going to be making Blue Bayou reservations for our trip next month this afternoon....

Also wondering if they will still have water in the Bayou..... If it's empty, then I think a whole "waterside" table would SUCK
