Upon further review, I went back and looked at the Blues schedule for 15 and 16.
In 2015, the last year they did a flyby, the Blues were in Melbourne Fl, on March 21and 22. They would have flown in to the area, a day or 2 early. The 2015 flyby was on March 19th.
In 2016 they were in Key West and then were in the middle of the country so it probably wasn't practical to come up for a flyby in 2016, in the same time frame.
In 2017, they are currently at Sun and Fun in Lakeland only 30 minutes down the road on the 8th and 9th of April. So flying what would amount to be about 2 minutes for them on the day they arrive would be nothing. When they departed the area yesterday, I was watching them, they formed up out over Bay Lake and circled around the back of the park, headed back towards Lakeland Linder Field.
in 2018, they are scheduled to be in Tampa, looks like McDill Airfest on May 12 and 13th, so it is possible they may be doing a flyby over the Kingdom again on or about May 10th 2018.
