BLT--See MK from LV?

We've stayed at BLT 5 times--twice with a Lake View (one trip facing the pool and one trip facing the Contemporary marina) and three times with a MK view. We really enjoy being able to watch the fireworks from our balcony while our two kids (6 & 4) are sometimes sleeping. For an upcoming trip, we are considering trying to save the points with a LV instead of MK view. What LV rooms are available that provide a view of MK? What is the view like? What type of request(s) would I make for such a room and what is the likelihood that if we did book LV we would have some view of MK? Thanks.

Ask for an even number room, highest floor possible. This will get you on the outer part of the "C" and you can see the fireworks from your balcony.

Call MS and request it ahead of time. It is probably one request that gets asked a lot.

We have stayed twice in the those LV rooms and it is so nice seeing the fireworks right from the balcony.

Or, in our experience, this request gets you a villa with the view of the Contemporary pool. We made the same request, and received villa 8136 on the 11th floor, with no view of the MK. We ended up loving the villa in the end. I think most people make that same request, and not everyone can be placed in the few LV villas that have a view of the MK.

The 'North Tower' odd & even numbered rooms are LV rooms with a partial MKV.

Mostly correct, but rule out the odd numbered rooms. All odd numbered rooms are the inner C (BLT pool side).

Oh woops! I did really know that i just wasn't thinking when i typed that!

My apologies, rooms ending in an even number are the LV rooms with a partial MK view.

We just stayed in a LV GV #8512 last month. You could see the MK and fireworks from the balconies. It was really easy to get to the Top of the World lounge from our upstairs door.

You could also just walk over to the MK buses and take the bus for Boardwalk.
