BLT Grand Villa

Has anyone stayed in a BLT Grand Villa yet? We have one reserved for May 2010 and I'm trying to find first hand opinions on these units...

I've got one for July. There are plenty of pictures of the BLT grand-villas online. Looks great!!! We've only stayed at the grand-villas at AKV-Jambo which are one-story. I'm looking forward to the two story villas. Enjoy!

I checked out of the Grand Villas 2 weeks ago today. We had a Magic Kingdom view and it was wonderful.

There was plenty of room in the villa as we invited friends to visit us for a fireworks party (we live in Orlando and friends just came for the evening). We had 26 in the villa watching Wishes and we did not feel crowded at all as we spread out using all 4 balconies.

During the party, the kitchen seemed to be the gathering place and there was plenty of room there as well.

The "loft" upstairs was great with a great view out of the 2 story window. (how many times can you push the control for the electric window covering)? The bath in the master suite has a large shower and sitting in the jacuzzi tub with a view of the Castle can't be beat.

You will have a great time.

Would you mind sharing which room number you were in? I know there are only 6 GVs with an MK view, so are they all pretty much the same view, or would you recommend asking for a certain room, or middle or end room, etc?

I wonder how hard it will be to get one at 11months, preferably MK view but Lake would be okay. Hopefully we'll be calling next Nov to reserve one for the whole family for Oct '11.

I was in room 8420. When we sat on the sofa in the living room, the castle was framed perfectly through the windows looking over the Magic Kingdom.
