To my extreme delight I just checked the members site to find that my 2 new BLT contracts are posted. Points have not yet been deposited but that'll come. Anyone else able to view theirs?

For all of you that bought already into BLT, when will you points be available?

We have a June use year and want to purchase 120 add on points at the BLT so I was wondering when our points would actually be available. When we added on before (ON MAY 31, 2007) we got 30 points for the June 06 use year and then got 30 more for the June 07 use year.

Also, do you have to pay the whole thing up front or do you just have to give a deposit. I plan on paying cash but don't want to pay for it toooo sooon - (I'm making 1% in my money market--due to the stock market its the best investment I have ) And if they just require a deposit when is the balance due?

As far as booking a reservation, they will start March 2009 for stays beginning Sept. 1, 2009. We have a Dec UY which would mean we will only get our first lot of points Dec. 1,2009. If we decide to travel before then it will kind of be considered borrowing.

We payed cash as well and the entire amount was charged to our card today.

We are not planning on booking a stay until March 2010 as we are currently booked at the CR for Aug.2009 with the bounceback (free dining) promo.
We bought as early as we did because the announcement came on my husband's birthday. How could I resist not buying the world's #1 husband points at his favorite resort on his birthday.

We acquired a Jun UY--Our first set of points will be Jun 2009. (The earliest UY will be Feb 2009). You can give them a 10% down payment. They will include the $5.00 off per point in your down payment amount (if you purchase more than 100 points). If you are not financing, I believe the balance is due at closing. I was very surprised that closing will occur before the units have been released into inventory --I believe my guide said will be about 45 days from getting the contracts signed. (He called it a pre-closing). Last time, we had several months before they needed the money and they couldn't close until the unit was ready to be used--so this is different this time.

MF will not begin until Sept '09. MFs do not go by use year, but rather calendar year and thus, will be prorated.

The developer point question is irrelevant unless you just want to know (I don't know the answer, BTW). There are no developer points for BLT.
