BLT 3 bedroom floor plan?

Does anyone know a picture or link to the 3 bedroom floor plan? I am interested in knowing if it is 1 or 2 level. Thanks!

If you go to baylaketower.net they show the layout of the grand villa. It shows it as a 2 level.

ok I went to that site and if you add up the beds it would sleep 13 - 14 people - king bed - 2, queen sleeper in lr - 2, full sleeper upstairs sitting area 1-2 , 2 queens in each of 2 bedrooms - 4 each = 8 so that is 13 to 14 people. Am I right?

The couch in the LR is not a sleeper. I will show a large rectangle if it is a sleeper sofa. The member site says it sleeps 12. It adds up like this.

4 people in each br upstairs = 8
2 people in mr downstairs = 2
2 people in sleep upstairs =2
Total =12

I realize that the floor plan does not show a rectangle but the description of the villa has a queen sleeper in the living room in adition to the full size sleeper upstairs sitting area.

One thing to note is that it looks like there will be hallway entrances on both levels.

What I have read elsewhere is that the total allowed sleeping capacity is 12. Yes there is a queen sleep sofa downstairs and a full sleep sofa upstairs, but that is just intended to offer options of who sleeps where. The GV can accomodate, but does not Allow, more than 12 people.

This is what my guide told me as well, when we purchased. The way he put it was, for example, if the 11th and 12th guests were two teenage boys who didn't want to share the same bed, they could be easily accommodated.

I heard somewhere that the upper entrances lead to the Fireworks Viewing area.
