What are the benefits and/or drawbacks of a 2 bedroom unit vs a 1 br unit and a studio lockoff?

I would think basically two kitchens in the lockoff style unit as one item.

Any comments would be appreciated.

The 2 bedroom will have 3 regular beds (2 in the 2nd bedroom and 1 in the master) while the lockoff only has 1 bed in each room (everyone else is on couches).

In a lock-off you will have one full kitchen and a kitchenette.

the dedicated 2BR will have 1 entrance/exit while the studio and 1BR will both have their own doorways...

We were in a dedicated 2 bedroom in April. I like that the 2nd bedroom has two queen size beds, instead of one bed and pull out sofa.

I quess if you were sharing the space with another family the lockoff would work better.

:cool1:

We specifically prefer the 1BR lock-off.....that 2nd hallway door (and fridge) is a huge plus for whomever is staying in the studio side.

We are traveling with another family in May 2012 (booked this morning!). At first i was a little down that i got a 2 bedroom lock off but i am starting to see the positives. A separate entrance means the babies can sleep while the big kids come and go. The kids will end up on the pull out bed, but we will make a game of it.
