We have been dozens of times to the parks, but never the waterparks. This will be out first time. Is there Quick service there to eat. Or is it all just snacks, hotdogs etc?

@mort1331 pretty much all Counter Service, but there are some salads, flatbread and rice bowls at Lottawatta Lodge. You can see all the options, and menus on the Disney's Blizzard Beach Dining page or on the MDE app.

Hit the Disney world site and check the menus. Lots to eat there that's unique. We always plan lunch there once per trip when we Waterpark.
