Blizzard Beach Re-opening Nov 6, 2023!

we're going 11/05 to 11/10. I wonder if the place will be crowded since it's been closed since March? At least it's November so we have that going for us. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I just checked and it says TL will be open 11/5 but closed after that. We might have to hit both parks since we have water sports and more on our AP's.

I really hope they're both open at the same time asap.
While that would be great, I’m not sure there is the demand for it. We were at TL in the heat of summer and while busy it was nowhere near overcrowded. Water slides in the afternoon were walk-on to a 15 min wait for us.

Disney has announced that Blizzard Beach will be re-opening on Mon, Nov 6, 2023!

At this time it appears Typhoon Lagoon will be closing as there are no hours published beyond Nov 4, 2023 but, an official announcement has not been made.
They really need to switch up which water park is open in the winter months. When I leave the snow behind and visit Disney World in January and February I don’t need a snow themed water park. I’d much rather enjoy a tropical themed water park. Typhoon Lagoon should be the water park open during the winter.

I think the whole idea is that they do a winter cleanup on which ever park is closed, repainting and whatnot. :-)

Opening both in the summer would be a good start, then they could alternate which one opens in winter.

With offering a water park seasonal pass for $79, I do think that will bring in more water park goers. And I’m not sure if all cm have admission to the parks, but those that work for one of Disneys partner businesses has admission to the water parks at that time.
