Blizzard Beach Quest *Spoilers*

Ok what is it with my game and freezing today!!?? This quest is really starting to get on my nerves.

omg i hate this quest cause when i was suppose to play the fireworks game to score 150,000 i thought this was so easy but when i play the game sent me back to the lobby arg. its doing it to everybody

it took me an hour and 20 minutes but i finally got it after all freezing i am surpirsed i kept going.

I have another gripe about this quest and VMK was doing so much better in my book until this...

150,000 in FWs that is not an easy thing to do for MOST people ....I will get it done eventually but with 20 minute dc and over an hour to log in everytime(even after a full load-not usually this way but this week has been total misery)I dc or crash Ia mnot even sure I can complete this quest this week-end.

Weel, that took forever! At least I made it through the tiki torture finally, and i got my best fireworks score ever, 236+K, not enough to do the green car quest yet, but better than before!

Played all the way to the end of the last stage of fireworks, finished the game and got the DC box. Another ten minutes to play the game I just finished.

On the Ask Yavn thread he said that they didn't seem to be very aware of the disconnection problems and that they would need to see how often, when, where, etc to know if they could fix it. Maybe we should start a thread with every dc instance and details. How many posts can one thread hold?

thats a great idea and it might actually help the dc problem. but wait aminute, dont staff get dc too so how could they not be aware of it.

im officially never going to be able to finish the quest!! does vmk seriously thing everyone can get 150,000??!! they are out of their minds!! what are they trying to do to us!!!!!!!! i can never get that much!! it took me over an hour just to get 100,000 to finish the pirate quest how am i possibly going to get 150,000. i used to be good at fireworks and always made it to level five but i stopped playing for a while and im not that good anymore!!! what about those poor inoccent ppl who cant get that much!! most ppl cant!! whats gotten in to vmk!!!! lets all send a message to vmk and maybe they'll listen. btw the tiki room is not full anymore. i was able to get in without a problem.

BTW - The last task is to buy (or have in inventory) a WATER SLIDE start piece, not a River piece. I didn't read it properly (or they've since changed it) and it wouldn't accept my river piece...or the 2 others I bought tonight! So I had to keep going back & re-playing fireworks. That's what I get for using the spoilers!!

It's the Blizzard Beach Guest Room...no code, it just shows up in your list of rooms after the quest.

I will never be able to get 150,000 points at least not in the near future.
I think we should all send a message to VMK about these high scores that
they want us to get to finish a quest..Someone did mention this before but I think we need to get together on this and really do it. I think my highest score so far has been in the 40's.. I know that isn't much and I keep trying..
so whenever I see a task that requires these high points I get so depressed because I know there isn't even any reason for me to try.............

In my opinion, the set quest score is very fair.

As long as you are a smart player, waiting until the last second to hit the fireworks, 150,000 is a walk in the park.

thx for the spoilers!!! this quest was much easier (mini-game-wise) than the typhoon lagoon quest. i got through fireworks on my first try!!!! yippee!!!
