Blink - Activity Award

I just signed up for Blink and processed all my rewards clicks. On one site I received a bonus for an "Activity Award." I love the extra points but don't understand what I did to receive it. Is this something that you automatically receive?

Could this be the 10 points that you get when you click on the rewards link and have to enter the four digit number?
