Bleached swirl head mickey tshirt design

Could some point in the right direction for the instructions for the t-shirts that look airbrushed(I know it's not) with a swirl head mickey bleached out. All last week I saw the signature of the lady who made them but now that I want to find it, I can't.

I made the tie dyed shirt for my DD, which she loved(altho I think they turned out really bad) so I know she will love this design also.

I want to try this design. I have a question though, is there a specific thing called spray fabric paint or do you put regular fabric paint in a spray bottle? Thanks!

Second, I can't remember what brand the paints were. I found them at Michael's. They sell individual bottles of the spray paint and then I found a set of 4 and got that with my 40% off coupon.
