Blast from the Past - Kaht Kam

In celebrating the show's 10th anniversary... I watched some of the older DisUnplugged Videos on the YouTube Channel

The popular 2009 - 'A Day in the Magic Kingdom' Part 1 was interesting for sure (anybody know where Part 2 is?)

In looking for that... Bob's 2008 'Kaht Kam' came across my YouTube... Great stuff.

Seeing old Fantasyland helps you realize how majestic the New Fantasy Land is..

The fantasyland station of the Sky Way also looks fascinating. What was it used for after the Sky Way closed? This is now the Tangled Bathrooms for the newer dis fans.

Thanx for sharing, that was cool. I remember riding the Skyway during my 1st trips in Feb. and Dec. of '93 - don't think the station was ever used for anything after that. I also remember wanting a hot pretzel REALLY badly, not being able to find one, then seeing one while on the Skyway - I yelled down that I'd throw down the money, if he'd throw up the pretzel, he did not. And by the time I got off the Skyway and found him, he had closed up cart and left. LOL.

I think I remember some kind of character meet & greet for a short time
on the ground portion where you would go up the steps to the station, but don't remember that station being used for anything.

Not sure why ..but Bawb's "World of Mickey" show video(I think it was cable access), which in a roundabout way is the pre-cursor to The DIS video show, now has the access forbidden. That was something. Maybe there is a way to resurrect it? If he wasn't the first, he was certainly one of the first to bring his love for Disney to a video forum.
