Black Screen...Help!

Hey everyone...
My DD hasn't gone onto VMK for a while. Yesterday she tried and the screen was just black after she logged in. I figured it was a VMK glitch and we tried again tonight, same thing. I have all the latest shockwave and java, and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Any ideas?

download Mozilla Firefox browser and log in with that - I get the same issue with IE sometimes. Running VMK on Mozilla almost always fixes my IE issue.

I've found that if I just leave the browser open with the black screen, a lot of times it will eventually go into VMK.
