Hello-
Since yesterday I have been having issues getting into VMK. I get to the log in screen ok and log in but instead of the loading bar and VMK logo that normally appears all I have been getting is a black screen.
I tried clearing all cookies and temporary files last night, reinstalling Shockwave earlier today, and now have just completed a full restore on my computer (I had other problems too so figured may as well). Now after installing shockwave again I still am just getting the black screen. Is there any suggestions from anyone to fix this? With the slide event coming up I cannot afford to not be able to log on. Please help if you can 
EDIT: ok so I managed to get signed on now but now when i do I cannot get to any rooms. I sit there with either the map or a black screen with the buttons at the bottom Any suggestions please?
