So now that we're all reserved for this summer, any tips? We're going in June, spending one night in the cabins (Cedar Lodge) in the Badlands, then 3 nights in a cabin in Custer State Park (Blue Bell). Mount Rushmore is a must-do, most of the rest of the time we want to concentrate on nature-buffalo and birds primarily. Two adults, no kids. If it's a rainy day, though, we're thinking of some train ride I heard about briefly. Any more info? Any tips?

I live in the heart of the Black Hills, I can gladly help you make the best of your trip. :thumbsup2

When are you going to be here? There are a lot of outdoor type things to do certain times of the year. Once I get some dates I'll tell you what I would recommend. :)
