Black Friday 2013 Thread?

Note that for walmart price matching it has to have the same exact SKU. We tried to price match on black friday a couple years ago for a wii fit plus bundle from another store (can't remember which), and even though it appeared to be the same items in each store they couldn't match it cause the SKUs were different.

And this will trip a lot of people up. One thing to remember is that each store will most likely have their own "deal" on things like video game systems. Sometimes these are special skus that are NOT the same as other stores or a similar system in the same store any other time of the year.

I am surprised Target didn't have a deal on the Skylanders Swap Force starter pack. Here's hoping for Walmart to come through, or I may have to do a price match. UGH. I do like the price point on the Nook though. Same as Staples. Can also get a Kindle (forgot which store) for the same price. DS7 has asked specificaly for a Nook because they use them at school, but I wonder if I should get a Nook or Kindle? Decisions, decisions.

Has anyone seen any deals for Hunter boots? Seems they are always in the find print as an exclusion for sales on most webistes.

I am surprized Target didn't have a deal on the Skylanders Giants starter pack. Here's hoping for Walmart to come through, or I may have to do a price match. UGH. I was really hoping for a Skylanders Swapforce deal from Target so my fingers are crossed too for Walmart and Amazon, or maybe Sears & Kmart.

I have a nook and I really like that its android based so I can download apps from google play store. I don't know if you can do that with a Kindle.

I do love my Kindle Keyboard though, so quality and customer service wise you can't go wrong with a Kindle.

So, page 34 of the Target ad says that you get a 20% off coupon to use on an entire shopping trip the next week if you spend at least $75 on BF. I'm thinking I need to wait to buy my Disney gift cards until I have that 20% off coupon. I have to go back and see if the Red Card can be used with that.

I was just thinking this. I still owe 2,000 on my disney trip. If I could get 20% off that'd be amazing

I was thinking the same not that I need a new tv when I've bought one the last two black Fridays. Now I'm just waiting fog walmarts ad ad they usually have the same or better tv deals.

Unless Walmart has a 50 inch that is significantly cheaper then I'm sticking with target, Walmart is so much more chaotic than target.

Has anyone confirmed entertainment cards will be included on this deal 20% off. Holy cow if I stack my red card and pharmacy reward I will have 30% my vacation $5000 for $3500 wow that's great!!!!

Neither Target nor Walmart will price match Black Friday ads this year. I read that in the fine print of Target's holiday season price match policy. I couldn't find it stated on Walmart's site, but pictures of the in store policy signs are posted on Iheartthemart website.

Anyone know or remember from last year if you can order the Target doorbusters online? If I remember correctly you could.

That's what I'm wondering... I don't have a target card. But 20% off with the coupon would be awesome. I'm thinking the 20% will exclude gift cards though

This? http://www.iheartthemart.com/what-c...mart-walmart-holiday-price-match-policy-2013/ That is for Christmas Ad Price Match where you get a gift card for the difference. I could be totally wrong but I've been under the impression that they are two different things. It's probably best to get clarification from the Service desk beforehand. I've googled and googled but can't seem to find a clear answer. It would be counter productive of them not to match a price under their regular policy though, that sends you out of their store and into someone else's.

I want the ipad air! Of course Target opens at 8pm so my poor husband will be waiting. We have the 200 gift card from turning in the ipad 1 so I hope we can get this.

There are a few really good deals, but I wish they opened later so we could enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner, but we will make do.

Yes, I'm 99.9% sure I got a camera that was a doorbuster last year.
