I am stunned. I was really expecting a big gain, and instead I lost 1.2! I could not be more pleased. Now I'm more determined than ever to rededicate myself to reaching my goals.
I am going to do a better job of answering the QOTD, too, because that gets me here and learning from everyone else!
I try to weigh in every morning. This week was the first time all month I didn't do that. I just felt like I was gaining, so I stayed off the scale. I really didn't have any idea how I was doing this week. I've learned my lesson. I'm going back to the daily weigh-ins, because I need the feedback. I made myself crazy for no reason this morning.

), and you have fabulous results!
Wow , 52 pounds. Congrats and
to your continued success.

Have you tried any of those "exercising with baby" videos? I never did a video, but I did try to use my kids as part of my exercising. For example, lay baby on your lower tummy while you do curl ups or another one is lay on the floor like your sitting in a chair and hold baby on your shins and then bring legs up to chest or raise and lower your feet.

Feeling very bloated and yucky the morning, so I will re-weigh again in tomorrow to make sure its a real gain.

Sorry you had a gain, but today is a new day. Hang in there. It's tough with little ones, and really tough to stay up late to exercise. I've been getting up early before my son and doing a walk away the pounds video most mornings, and that works well. You don't say how old your kids are, or how many, but when he was littler, I'd do one while he played in the same room with me, and sometimes he'd get up and join me. Take it one day at a time, maybe concentrate on the eating this week, and start exercising next week.
I obviously have a long way to go but it seems like something I can stick with for the long run -- you know, like the rest of my life!
