Good morning, losers! Welcome to the first day of the Between the BLs Challenge Summer 2009. I will be your coach this week. Please be sure and PM your starting weight to our weightkeeper, LuvBaloo today. Our first weigh in will be Friday, 5/22. Like in previous challenges, we will have a QOTD (question of the day). This is a fun way to keep the dialogue going and get to know each other. Not all QOTD will have something to do with weightloss or getting healthy -- lots of times they are about the happiest place on earth, KWIM? Today's QOTD is a two part question. Tell us a little about yourself and your goals for this challenge. I am 48 and married for 15 years. We have a DS who is 9, soon to be 10. DH and I are self-employed as attorneys so we work hard but have a lot of flexibility in our schedules. It makes our stressful jobs much better. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, especially since I've been married. My big goal is to lose 100 pounds. I am afraid this may be my last chance to get myself back after letting myself go for so long. My goal for this challenge is to lose 25 pounds. That is a big goal but I can do it if I work very, very hard. I gained enough between this challenge and the last -- where did that come from?!? -- that I had to remove my WISH 10 pound ribbon. So my mini goal is to get that back! Kathy and Tammy, sounds like you are both raring to go. What is PFP? Have a great day everyone!
