Its interesting to see how we're nopt the only one's who have someone sick when we go to DisneyWorld. The first 2 years it was my husband becuase of the flight. His ears are really bad and leaves him miserable for at least a day and those trips were only weekend trips. Our first family trip we drove and I ended up with Larynigitis and sounded like a man our whole trip the looks some of the princess' gave me...hilarious.
Wanted to add that when I weighed in yesteurday the scale said I was up .2 but today I weighed myself and I'm down a full lb...I think the scale knows my weigh in day and wants to be eveil lol

The weekend has been ok, but no exercise.

the good news is I completed a 1/2 marathon today
bad news is i'm sure i've eaten every calorie back! sure makes me graze

I know journalling is key for me, and yesterday was better, but I'm not going to be losing anything if I keep that up. We are going to disney in january, and I really want to lose at least another 12 pounds by then. I am still exercising almost every morning, so that will help. I just went grocery shopping and am making chili tonight which will give me about 4 days worth of healthy meals.
