Hi Everyone....I am a newbie so a big wave to all :wave: I am excited about this Challenge. I am on the RED TEAM and I am ready to go.

FAVORITE MOVIE.......OLD YELLA :dogdance: but I love them all

What is your favorite Disney movie?

I would have to say my favorite is Toy Story. I like most other Disney movies but that one is just great!

I haven't checked in for a few days so I was surprised to see that I came in
2nd place out of the top 10 losers so YAY! I definitely wasn't expecting that but it was a nice surprise. WTG to all the other losers as well. Red Team Rocks!!! :cool1:

Is our challenge stuff posted somewhere? If so, where is it? If I'm remembering correctly, we should read the challenge stuff today because some of it will require a food purchase and we want to be able to start at midnight, right????
 
I am sitting here laughing at myself...I just got an exercise ball and figured it was time I did something with it. So, I was looking through different exercises on sparkpeople and found one that looked do-able. Read the instructions, got my ball, and stood there looking at it. Walked around it a few times... Ummm...how am I supposed to get in that postion???? :confused3 Lucky for me, upon closer examination, there were instructions on how to get on the ball. In my ready to take on the exercise ball frame of mind I managed to overlook the most important part. If I can't get on the ball, how am I gonna do the exercise?? :lmao:

I have to be honest with ya'll. It's been another not so great week for me eating wise. I have the exercise thing down, it's the eating that is holding me back. I have 3 days before weigh ins...I need to keep my mouth shut and literally get the ball rolling!!!!

RED TEAM, we've got some work ahead of us, but we can do it!!! Each and every one of us needs to dig deep within ourselves and find the strength that we all have to stay on track and reach our goals! Let's work hard so we can see the RED TEAM winning week 3!!!

What is the hardest part about losing weight?

The hardest part for me is passing up the foods I love most. :sad2: I won't list my favorites cause I don't want my saliva to drip down my chin and short out my keyboard.

Work, family/friends and other obligations getting in the way of my carefully planned meal plan and exercise routine.

Like today, we have a band booster meeting so that means my exercise time is being used for the booster meeting. And if I am expected to stay late at work, which it is looking like I might, dinner won't be the carefully planned meal to keep me within range, it will be something out. And of course the well meaning truck driver who keeps bring us in Hot Chocolate.

What is the hardest part about losing weight?
Saying no to sweets or other indulging opportunities like birthday parties and cake, brownies and cookies at work, big dinner at church this weekend which most likely include more deserts than I care to count.
 
I did the rea lage challenge on the new challenge thread and I am actually -.1 That really surprises me. My actual age is 28.8 and my "real age" is 28.7.

this week so far i have stayed on target for my exercising; today i went to a 'chisel' class that kicked my butt! i have been up and down with me eating and tonight i'm feeling down a bit about this roll that hangs over my waistband, an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin top. i was trying on capri's for our trip to WDW next week and the one pair is not going to fit. ugh! i know i'll try my best to be mindful there but i won't fret it is vacation. i will just know i have to get moving and kick boo-tay when i get home. i definately want this weight off, hopefully by thanksgiving

hardest part for me is definately journaling! i'm terrible with that

i am a BIG pixar fan. i haven't seen Wall-E yet, but i love them all. Classic Disney my fav is Mary Poppins

well i've finished my diet hot cocoa and this helps me feel more in control of my behavior tonight. g'night all

My favorite animated disney movie is Peter Pan and my favorite live action is Parent Trap...the original with Haley Mills!

Hardest part for me is getting the exercise in though I am really working on that! I have been to the gym the past 2 nights in a row and done 1/2 hour each time. I have also signed up for a challenge at work...10,000 steps a day for 6 weeks! I hope I can stick with it!

Weigh in tomorrow morning..I am predicting another 2...won't get me on the top 10 but slow and steady is good too!
