Congratulations to all the losers from last week!!
I am up .8 this week. Those little extras through the week, thinking the exercise will counteract them, but it didn't. I've been a little lax on the journalling too. I'm going to really be strict and journal every bite this week so I can enjoy my thanksgiving.

I am down 4.1 lbs this week. I have been working hard to keep to my diet. I am hoping that I can at least maintain next week. WIth all that Thanksgiving food, I know it will be tough.

Hello Losers!!!
Ok, I'm not a loser, I'm not a gainer, I'm a maintainer this week. Which really surprises me. I've had 2 weeks now where I have not exercised. At all. My eating is out of control and I need to get on track. I have some friends who are going through some really hard times, work is really slow, so what do I do? Turn to food. Ugh. Someone make me STOP!!!!! I am frustrated.

i am thrilled that i lost a little more this week, i think like .5-1 lb but it got me to a number i was really really hoping to see. yea! and it enforces to me my current plan of mixing up my cardio is helping. I have been doing my cardio shorter duration but more intensity by intervals.

to those who gained a little -- don't let it get you down! there is 5 days before Thanksgiving and you can burn alot of calories in 5 workouts!!
maintainers and losers -- tuck away that rejoiceful feeling and pull it back out Thanksgiving morning to strength you to keep portion control. (this to ALL)you know that the first few bites taste the best...after that it becomes mindless chewing
I lost .5 pound this week. Not sure what happened. I worked out every day, and its not "that time".Oh well, its still a loss! Congrats to all the "losers" and maintainers!!!!!!

I REALLY need to kick up the exercise. I had every intention of exercising 5 days this past week, but only managed to get in 2 days. I've had a terrible cold and sore throat and just couldn't push myself. But, with that being said, I did lose .8 this week (not much again) but it was enough to put me at exactly 55 pounds lost so I was able to get that 55 pound clippie!![]()

Good job last week, Red Team. Sounds like we are losing slow and steady! That's the way to keep it off! Donna, a special congrats to you for hitting 55 pounds. That is amazing!
Thank you so much, LisaIt has been such a long, hard journey but I feel like I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Its been SO WORTH IT though, I'm so glad I changed my lifestyle and did this for myself and my boys. I've been looking back at pictures of myself from a few years ago and can't even believe that was me, if that makes sense lol.

Had my weekly weigh in today and I am down 3.2 for the week.
And after ups and downs I am down a total of 5.6 so far for the challange, not as good as I was hoping but at least its DOWN!

Up 1lb this week.
No exercise to speak of this week. Under the weather most of the week and could not bring myself to exercise, just didn't have the energy for it. This week will be a challenge.
Red team looks to have some great losses this week and we stand a good chance!
