BL Black Team Week 3 Week's Results on pg 2

Good job everyone!!!!!!! I stayed the same this week,didn't do as much walking as I would have liked. Leaving for Disney on sat. so I know I will do plenty of walking,but I know I will do plenty of eating too I will try to add in some healthy choices and with all the walking hope to at least maintain.

Good Wednesday Morning Everyone.

I will be posting the team's bigggest loser for this week later on today.

The Team Challenge is starting today (not yesteday) and will run until midnight Tuesday. Please keep track according to the directions on the 1st posting. I need all the total back by Wed as early as possible.

Good luck on the challenge. It should be a lot of fun. I have to get to the grocery store to get some new fruits and veggies. It helps that I am making a stir fry tonight.

I didn't see the show last night but saw a clip on AOL TV - it seems we are the black sheep and underdogs of the show! It's okay though - they won the weekly challenge.

Hi All!

Just wanted to check in to say hi. I just got back from the store and this week I will be trying the following new fruits and veggies:

Rappi
Broccoli/Clover/Radish Sprouts
Jicama
Kiwano
Oca
and some kind of orange melon

Eating the sprouts on a sandwich now...pretty good. They have a spicy bite to them.
