Dona, I just want to say that I think it's wonderful how much time you spend on the BL threads motivating us to make healthy choices and do well with this challenge. I appreciate the encouragement SO MUCH and I wanted you to know that your efforts and time spent are doing a great deal of good for a lot of us - THANK YOU!:thumbsup2

I made rice pasta for dinner last night (which was not on my eating plan, but my DH wanted some). I measured out what I thought would be an appropriate portion, so I hope I didn't go overboard with it. I got up early this morning and exercised for 30 minutes, I'm pushing the water and am on track with my eating plan today, so I am hoping for a good day!

Hello team! Just returned from my cruise on Saturday, and am trying to get back into some routine. I had so much fun and was able to fit in 10000 steps a day throughout the entire ship. Can't wait to get back in the swing of things for our next challenge.
