Bl 7.1 purple team!!!!!

Well.... I'm a bit disappointed to report that I am a SAMER this week. I don't think it was Easter that did me in. I just had a few days this week where I didn't eat as well as I should. Even though I counted my points and kept my food journal, I think it was just too much food for me.

My goal for this coming week is to lose 2 pounds. Usually after a "same" week, I tend to have a larger loss the next week, so this should be do-able. But it is school vacation week, so we are doing day trips and eating well is going to be TOUGH. I will REALLY have to plan my foods well and try really hard to stay within my daily points and keep up the exercise!

Hope everyone else sees better things on the scale!...................P
 
I did my weigh-in Last night . I Lost 3 more Pounds. I now weigh 197 pounds This is the first time in over 20 years since my weight was under 200 pounds. Now that the weather in Columbus Ohio is getting back to normal and warmer I am going to start walking tomorrow morning. The park is a Metro park that is named so because it sits in the Suburbian area which when it opend in the 70's was the only thing that was there it was surrounded by open fields and two intersecting Highways. The Walking trail is A 4.8 Mile Trail that surrounds the outter Perimeter of the Park. It takes 1 hour to complete the trail at A good pace. I am also moving the next weigh-in to tuesdays starting this comming week. :thumbsup2

SpaceMtnFan..... congratulations on the three pounds! "Weigh" to go! Keep at it and you will be at goal in no time. But don't get discouraged if the weight loss slows down over time! ........................P
 
We've got a quiet team! I felt bloaty and fat this morning, so I'm doing my weigh-in tomorrow morning instead of today.

pjlla - great attitude about a samer! I've actually made myself exercise the last 2 evenings, and will do some later tonight for 3 in a row. Readign all about your exercise dedication made me give myself a mental boot in the bum and get moving.

Good morning PURPLE TEAM!! I hope all is well. My shoulder/back continues to give me grief, so time on the computer is limited. I'm down-a wee bit-again this week. But down or not, get your weigh-in's in to Eeyore's Butterfly. I don't remember if I sent in my COW, so I'd better check that as well. :blush: For those that lost :cool1:, those that maintained :thumbsup2, and for those that, for whatever reason, gained but checked in...:goodvibes . We're a team, so let's stay together!
 
I didn't get on the computer at all yesterday, but I did weigh myself yesterday and I'm down 1.3lbs. :cool1: I'm enjoying WW even though week 2 wasn't nearly as good as week 1. And I've made it out of obese and into overweight on the Wii, so I'm very happy. :banana:
Yesterday was DH and my 11th anniversary.:love: We stayed home, and I used almost all of my weekly flex points on drinks and treats. We had a nice evening playing games with friends.
Today is spring cleanup day. One week a year, the city will pick up any amount of garbage for spring clean up, so we need to get our broken deep freeze out of the basement, and get all the yard clean up done in the next 5 hours, before DH disappears into the rec room to watch playoff hockey. :happytv:

Plus, it was opening weekend at Worlds of Fun (my boyfriend is a Supervisor there) so I was out of town. I have asked another member to coach this week if they can. If anybody else would like to serve as coach I would appreciate it. I am 3 weeks away from graduation so it's kind of hectic at the moment.

Okay ladies and gentleman: Over half of our team has not weighed in yet. Five people are on the verge of being kicked off the challenge for not weighing in 2 weeks in a row. I have PMd those who I still need weights from. Let's Try for 100% weigh in this week!

Ok Here is the scoop I did my weigh-in last week and as of thursday I lost 3 pounds which now puts me at 197 pounds as of this past week . I have lost A total of 23 pounds in 8 weeks My next weigh-in is tomorrow night whit the results on wendsday. see you then
 
QOTD Answer:
My screen name is LuvBaloo because Baloo from the Jungle Book is my favourite Disney character (followed closely by Goofy). Its fun having a favourite character, and my DD's know who Mom likes, so they make sure to point him out to me. Last night DD4 was watching Peter Pan, and on of the previews is for Jungle Book, so she yells "Mom come quick" and I rush to where she is and she's all "quick Mom, its your favourite, quick, quick!" When we're in the park, the girls will always point out Baloo for me in parades, or Fantasmic or anywhere they see him (including merchandise). It makes me smile. :goodvibes

Today and yesterday have been rainy and cool weather. I was planning to get all the spring yard clean up done, but its not worth raking in the rain. I did do 30min on the exercise bike yesterday, and I really need to figure out a seat cushion, because after 30 min my entire butt is sore and numb. I tried buying a seat cover, but the seat is too big for it. I was going to get a new seat, but its not a standard seat connection. Instead I think I'm going to cut up the foam from an old pillow and try to rig something up.
Tonight I think I'll try the rowing machine again, since I haven't done that in months.

QOTD Answer: My screen name is SpaceMtnFan because I am A HUGE fan of Space Mountain since 1981 which was my first time I visit walt Disney World. Well it's monday. It's Cloudy Rainny and cool in Columbus Ohio . I will be in Delaware ohio (20 miles north of Columbus) for the rest of the week resting my legs after walking all day saturday. By the way The next weigh-in is tomorrow with results on Wendsday
 
I'm sorry I've been missing. We were on vacation last week and then just playing catch up this week. I've had a big gain of 3.6 lbs which puts me back to my February weight - ugh... I get so mad at myself. But I'm back on track and ready to keep doing this. Its just a tougher time than I would like. Hope you all are doing well.

I gained when we went to DL for spring break, and I had actually made an effort to eat semi-reasonable. Hopefully now that you're getting back on track at home, those vacation pounds will disappear. :goodvibes I hope you really enjoyed your vacation!

Hello All!

I did not have time last week to be online and I also missed the weigh in. Last week was hectic with my son breaking his arm and running him back and forth from the hospital.

I am disappointed (but not surprised) that I stayed the same this week. I just was not able to stay on track with my eating. I had to go more for the quick and easy versus healthy. It doesn't help when dinner at the hospital is two chewy granola bars.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day and another opportunity to try again.
