Thank you guys for posting and sharing your exercise thoughts for our challenge. Every point counts. I am glad we have regulars posting here, and it is always great to here from people that don't have a chance to post too often. I know life is busy and I appreciate you all stopping by here to say Hi.

iggbees (Kristin), congratulations loser, keep up the great work! How did your Thursday night exam go? What class was it for? Keep up that cardio, every point counts!

dizchick (Val), I know you can squeeze in that exercise somehow. I am having that problem too. Just think of good it will feel to get it done and how good it is for you. Remember, every point counts. We need your help to win this challenge. I know you recently relocated, was it for work? What do you do for a living?

winniedapooh(Michelle), Your walk by the ocean sounds wonderful. I wish I could join you sometime. I am 30 minutes from the ocean here but never can seem to get there and really enjoy the peacefulness. I'm glad your recovery after surgery is going well. What type of knee surgery did you have? I know the recovery is slow and we don't want you to push yourself just to get a couple of lousy points for this weekly challenge. The important thing is to do what you can, which you are, and that is great. Thanks for doing what you can to help with the challenge.

Tensixmom (Jennifer), I'm so glad you stopped by and shared the meaning of your screen name. It is one of the most appropriate I've seen.

agnes!, You seen to be technologically gifted. Please help those of us that are clueless. How do I attach the clippie to my signature? Since the signature change I can't figure it out. I have the clippie in a file on my computer but can't figure out how to get that in the signature. I have looked at the tech thread, but that has not helped me.

You mentioned taking DD to the Homecoming dance and that they grow up too soon. You're not kidding sistah. I remember when my three were small I just could not wait until they quit crying, pooping, and spitting up. Then in the blink of an eye they all grew up. Next month my baby, DS22, will be married. When he moves out this time he will not be coming back. Looking back all I can say is 'Wow that was fast'. At the time though I never thought those teenage years would end. Motherhood is such a blessing and that is really easy to say as I wave good-by to them all.

maryliz (Mary-Liz), you expressed concern about only earning 5 points for last weeks challenge. I am very grateful for those 5 points. Your participation is very much appreciated. This is a team effort and the contribution of every member is important. Wear that clippie with pride. We did have a nice weigh in this week, I still can't believe we lost 1st place by 3 pounds. I should have contributed them, hopefully this weigh in will be better for me.

ibouncetoo (Jackie), Thanks for keeping us up to date on The Biggest Loser TV show. I think it is 8:30-10 E for the next two weeks. Don't you just hate what Neil did? My daughter lived in Simi Valley at one time, that's not the valley you're in is it?

bcvprincesses (Ann Marie), I too have been SERIOUSLY slacking lately. Let's motivate each other. Tomorrow is the start of another week, let's get our acts together and get to work. I know I can do this and I know you can too! Tomorrow I will journal and meet all 5 of my daily weight loss goals. What will you do tomorrow to get back on the right path?

mom2alix (Rebecca), I'm glad your kids are well cared for at the gym while you get to exercise and even watch Oprah at the same time. You are very fortunate to have such a special exercise buddy. DH and I have dates to Home Depot or Lowe's. It would be neat someday to go to the gym with him. Is Alix your DD? That's an unusual spelling.

bridgetgabbie (Robin), Thanks for running in the rain for the Red Team. Well I hope it wasn't just for us. Those endorphins from exercise are really great. How did your MIL birthday celebration go? Did she enjoy the special cake? Can I find the recipe at WW online? My grown kids will soon be all over the country and I would deeply love to spend a future birthday with them and DIL or SIL. I would be grateful for whatever was served and I would love sharing the day with those that mean the most in life to me. Did you get any peace and quite early Sunday morning? I remember when the house was full of chaos, those quite moments were delightful. My DGS (darling grandson) 9 months is Yoda for Halloween. His other Grandma came out to visit and took the family to get pictures and he is wearing his costume. My son is going to email me a copy of the photos. I can't wait to see them. I hope your party with family was fun today.

Well, I have checked in with everyone. I just want you to know how much your posts mean to me. It is fun to share a bit of your lives. We are on this Biggest Loser journey together and it is great to get to know you each.

Have a healthy day!

Nope, I'm in :sunny: Arizona. I need to phone my office and remind myself to post the BL times here for you kids! (I have a mind like a steel trap..NOT!)

Having a very 'spotty' week again...why can't I get 100% on track for more than a couple days in a row? :confused3 I've only got 5 weeks till my WDW/Cruise adventure and I need to be making some headway here! I'm going to walk off an inch if it kills me, so I've put a pair of sneakers in the car so I can walk at lunch or right after work if I missed my morning walk. NO EXCUSES!!!

My screen name is because my husband is a flying freak and loves to fly on flight simulators at home. He has been learning to fly for real so I'm gonna have to get a new screen name when he does.

As for how I feel I've done so far, actually I feel pretty good. Yes I haven't taken the world by weight loss storm or anything but I am healthier than I was when I started so :thumbsup2

My favorite form of exercise was running. I really want to get to the point of being able to run again but I don't think that will happen for a long time yet.

Hey everyone - wow I was #1 last week, hopefully taking the stairs on the cruise and walking around the parks will help keep it off.

Life has been hactic with Disney and then friends visiting.

Cheryl sounds like you had a blast on the members cruise. I wish we could have been there with you. Oh well.....We will be on the Dec. 2 cruise. I can't wait.

I have been exercising but not really watching what I have eaten this week. We have been going out and eating really bad things but for some reason as of today I have lost weight. I was really shocked to see a loss but I will take it. I hope it stays off for tomorrow. Maybe that is just what my body needed. I sure hope so.

Sheesh, I had this almost all done, but lost most of it when I went into MY User CP to make sure it would work....auuuuuuuuuuugh. I might have to tweak it if I forget a step or wo.

So here it goes again. (And, btw, I am *SO* not technologically gifted:rotfl2: , but it is flattering that you think so:banana: .)
*Find the clippie Award anywhere, take it from my post, take it from the Weekly Team Award Challenge thread.
*Right-click on pic (an Action box will appear, "Properties is at the bottom)
*Left-click on "Properties".
*Right-click on "Address: (URL)" (starts with "http://" and ends with ".jpg"
*Action box will appear ("Undo" at top), Left-click on "Select All".
*Right-click, The "Undo" Action Box will appear, Right-click "Copy".
Go to your User CP.
*Click on "Edit Signature" (on left-hand side of screen)
* Editing Signature screen will appear.
*There will be code already in your signature for the Red Team Biggest Loser logo. Find it. Starts with
. Click right after the [/IMG]
*Right-click & the Action Box will appear. Click on "Paste". The Code for the Team Challenge Winner will now be sitting in your Edit Signature screen.
By the way, YOU ARE ALMOST THERE.
*Now, right before the "http://" type the following...

The coding for putting the Team Challenge Winner logo into you signature is almost done.
*Hit "Preview Signature". Both the Team Logo & the Challenge Winner Logo should appear in the Preview.
*Go to the bottom of the Edit Signature screen and hit Save Signature.

Hope that is all as clear as mud. If it doesn't work, maybe I left out a step or I got mixed up on which Click to use(right or left). If folks have problems & I can't 'splain it any better on this thread, (entirely possible) post your issues on the Tech Support Forum, someone will come along who can help - like Caskbill or Dan Murphy or a Webmaster.

agnes!

Brenda--Thanks for asking about the dinner for my MIL. It was very good. I made a chocolate chip crumble cake, I found the recipe in the current issue of the Weight Watcher magazine. I highly recommend the issue if anyone is interested in a lot of holiday recipes. Maybe we can have have a recipe swap on here sometime.

My Sunday morning was as peaceful as one can be with a 2-1/2 year old little girl in the house. She refused to wear her Little Mermaid costume to the party so she ended up being Pooh, her costume from last year. Needless to say it was very short, but she did look cute. And my little Sebastian was adorable. I love the Yoda costume! My husband was a Jedi, and would have loved the kids to dress up in Star Wars costumes, but I am a bigger Disney fan so I won out on the costume choices this year! Weigh in tomorrow, I can't wait to report my loss this week!
