BL 3 - Red Team week 6

That cig on the drive home was the hardest for me too! (I never smoked before noon....funny eh?)

Having a pretty good weekend so far....with a slight mashed potato incident yesterday........:rolleyes1


Me too! Sice I smoke outside I couldn't stand out there until I was wide awake & looking presentable. On my days off, that might not be until noon. Luckily it's not a social thing for me since I hid my smoking from most people. Very few of my friends smoke.
 
You are out there aren't you? I have been MIA this weekend. Guess why? OK don't. How are you doing with your program? Are things going well, or not well at all? We are the only ones that have the power to change our lives, one small step at a time.

Instead of a question today I will share a thought. Last week as we completed week 5 I thought if you lose 2 pounds a week at the end of 5 weeks you would have lost 10 pounds. 2 pounds a week is a very realistic and achievable weight loss goal. So who are the Red Team Biggest Losers so far?

I was surprised that there were not more big losers from our team of 33. So I decided look at percentages of weight lost.

There is something real worth competing for, besides our health.

Hello everyone, I'm sorry I didn't get to post my WI and challenge points this week as I was on a ship in the Carribbean! I meant to let you all know before I left but things just got too crazy!

I'm sorry to say I gained some weight, 2lbs, while I was gone and I'm having a little bit of trouble getting back on program. I did exercise quite a bit though, I walked around the ship about two million times a day searching for DD14! Most of the time I ate what I wanted but only small amounts of it but on a couple of occassions I ate until I was full, I really don't like that feeling anymore!

I'm sorry team, hopefully I'll do well this week and make up for it. I can't believe we are in week 6 already!
 
I think a 2 pound gain on a cruise vacation is nothing to apologise for! I say "Good Job!" :cheer2:

Now jumping back on program is a little tough, so here's a :grouphug: to get you going!
