This is gonna be long.
My name is Becky, I am from PA and am 25. I have been overweight since elementary school. My highest weight was about 250 pounds. I have lost between 60-70 pounds since January of 2006. I am at my lowest weight since Junior high. Well at least I hope I still am.
I recognize several of you from last year's Biggest Loser, I lost about 20 pounds in last years challenge.
So I think I need to apologize in advance for my weight. I am sure I have gained over the last 2 weeks. Had an awesome time, but I think I may have gained 10-15 pounds.
Then again I ate any and everything I wanted, I was on the Disney Magic 2 weeks. Plus I am PMSing. I knew this was going to be the case. I snorkeled, swam, walked up and down the steps many times, walked around deck 4, parasailed, shopped, did the 12 metre regatta. The good news I fit in my size 12 black dress both weeks.
I got back around 11pm last night and was back at work by 8am this morning.
I wish I would have known about the points before I left as I would have kept track. I ate lots of different fruits and vegetables on the ship, several I had never tried. I did eat breakfast every morning. I'll have to see if I can figure out what points I did, as I know I did some of those things.
Good news is I ate healthy today, drank lots of water and a glass of skim milk. Walked about 30 minutes, so I am back on track.
I gotta up the exercise and go buy more fruits and veggies, as I haven't been to the store yet.
Keep on moving and eating healthy.
