BL 3 - Blue Team - Week 3

This is gonna be long.

My name is Becky, I am from PA and am 25. I have been overweight since elementary school. My highest weight was about 250 pounds. I have lost between 60-70 pounds since January of 2006. I am at my lowest weight since Junior high. Well at least I hope I still am.;)

I recognize several of you from last year's Biggest Loser, I lost about 20 pounds in last years challenge.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

So I think I need to apologize in advance for my weight. I am sure I have gained over the last 2 weeks. Had an awesome time, but I think I may have gained 10-15 pounds.:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Then again I ate any and everything I wanted, I was on the Disney Magic 2 weeks. Plus I am PMSing. I knew this was going to be the case. I snorkeled, swam, walked up and down the steps many times, walked around deck 4, parasailed, shopped, did the 12 metre regatta. The good news I fit in my size 12 black dress both weeks.:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

I got back around 11pm last night and was back at work by 8am this morning.:headache:

I wish I would have known about the points before I left as I would have kept track. I ate lots of different fruits and vegetables on the ship, several I had never tried. I did eat breakfast every morning. I'll have to see if I can figure out what points I did, as I know I did some of those things.

Good news is I ate healthy today, drank lots of water and a glass of skim milk. Walked about 30 minutes, so I am back on track.:dance3: :dance3: I gotta up the exercise and go buy more fruits and veggies, as I haven't been to the store yet.

Keep on moving and eating healthy. :cool1: :woohoo: :cheer2: I know together we can achieve more. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BLUE:banana: :banana:
 
Just checking in to say that I was going to do a strength training video, and then I changed my mind.

BUT - I changed my mind again and I did it. I also did not have any of those NASTY M&M's and dinner was wonderful!
 
I tried the asparagus. It wasn't bad. A bit on the bitter side but I might try it again.

Tomorrow is the acorn squash.
 
Okay, had the butternut squash "fries" last night and they were pretty good. DD didn't like them but ate 10 of them without whining so I'm counting that as a win. :thumbsup2 DH even liked them! I also made the london broil, both from the BL cookbook. It was a very tasty and satisfying dinner.

ReAnSt - welcome back!! Super job getting right back on track like that. Was your trip wonderful? 2 weeks - that would be heaven! :cloud9:
