Birthday promo help

I just planned a spur of the moment trip and taking my niece who will be turning 13 while we are there. Can anyone tell me how to get her birthday gift and can she use it for food or just souveniers? We won't need a park ticket since we will have multiday passes.

she needs to go to a special window at guest services at any park. there will be a sign for birthday guests. It needs to be on her actual birthday. she needs a birth certificate, not a copy. she will need to show the multiday ticket you already have. the gift card is for $75 and cannot be used on food. she can use it for souveniers at any disney owned gift shop. she won't be able to use it at some of the country gift shops at epcot because they arent disney owned.

And the card is only valid on the date of her actual birthday. Use it by midnight or it turns into a pumpkin.
