Just an aside before I get started have you guys noticed that I love playing with color? I feel like a little kid. If I ever use a color that hurts anyone's eyes or is hard to read please let me know so I can change it. Thanks.
Ok now back to the report.
As if I hadn't fulfilled my crafting for the day I also worked on some signs for the windows that will tell people where we are and stuff like that. Just decorations mostly ya know. I do not have them loaded into photobucket yet though because I am still tweaking them but I promise I will show them to
you guys when I am finished.
Next I took some LGMHs and put them back to back and wrote my dis name on them then laminated them with some self laminating papers.

After that I printed added names and stuff to some more envelopes and printed them out. I still have a few to cut and fold and glue but here is what I have so far.

So obviously I have picked a few ADRs since I have printed out tip envelopes for them. I am still trying to get firm on the rest so more on that later.

Thanks!! It is fun to do these things and also I will save money because I want to wear a Disney shirt every day I am there and that gets expensive buying them all!

Wow Michele you are CRAFTY !! I buy my Disney shirts at Walmart when they are on sale or at Family Dollar, they have some BARGAINS at times !! I was kinda thinking about an English Rose window , Any ideas for that. I have lots of time to look for lights etc .. but I thought it might be different !!
I love thepix of the Kitties the first 2 look so much like my poor Slick who died last week of old age !!

Thanks Rosie! You can get some good sales sometimes and I take advantage of those when I can but it is fun to do the shirts and to all match and all so that is why I do it. Your english rose window sounds really cool. You need lots of flower pics and stuff. That will be nice and not like everyone else's.
Thanks about the cats. I love them dearly. I am sorry to hear about your kitty. It is like loosing a family member when you loose a pet.

And I looooove the kitty pictures. I have a soft spot for stripey cats and that Leo just looks like a big marshmallow but I know what you mean by aloof cats. Our Gremmie is like that...affection on her terms or mop up the blood.

Rose I'm so sorry about Slick. For so small a creature they bring so much happiness.

Anyway, I just realized that Michelle's done all of this fabulous work & gotten all of this great stuff together & the trip is still months away! I can't wait to see what develops between now & then.

I don't waste Disney stickers on my students! I save those babies for myself.

I like your dyed shirts. Why don't you like them? They turned out nicely. I also like your iron-on shirts. I hope the next package of transfers works! Maybe they were sticking because the iron wasn't hot enough? I had that problem one time I tried transfers.

A big marshmallow is a great description for Leo because is is all hair so therefore very squishy. When he gets wet poor cat shrinks to like 1/2 his size.

First off no Lizzy is not here yet. I am getting very frustrated waiting because I paid the first night I won her and I thought I had paid for priority shipping which I thought meant it should take only a few days. I need to contact the seller to find out what is going on.

As for my transfers I am thinking it was the iron itself. I have a nice iron but it is a "smart iron" and I think it is turning itself off so it is heating and cooling constantly instead of staying the constant heat needed to make them work. But it seems so weird that the other brand worked so well and the other ones craped out like that. I was wondering also if you still had the template you used for your bag you got siggys on? I thought it was so cute and I wanted to make one like that.
I laughed so hard when I read your comments about not wasting you stickers on the students.

Yay I booked my trip today!
Unfortunatly it is not Disneyworld.
I did however manage to squeeze some Disney magic into it.
Aaron is working on a project in San Diego in October. Did I mention he travels ALL THE TIME!?!
Well his project will be over at the end of October and I thought what a lovely time to visit San Diego, YOU STINK! (Of course I do not think there is ever a BAD time to visit San Diego!)
Well after telling him how much I hated him for going there while I was stuck at home he decided that he would take time off after the project and I would fly out and thus my fall vacation was born. Now I wanted to hit up a few good places in San Diego and then hightail it up to Disneyland but Aaron firmly said no that I could have my Disney fun in April but this was his town and it was his turn to decide what we did. He grew up there and LOVES it so I couldn't put up too much of a fight. (Especially since he always gives in to whatever Disneyworld plans I want!) I did however manage to get him to aggree to go to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party at California Adventures so that is my little bit of Disney magic I squeezed it!
Truth be told I am extremly excited about this trip and now I know this sounds terrible but I have figured out it is because Joshua is not coming along. It has been so long since Aaron and I took a trip alone so this will be really cool. Even if we still only go to kid places like Disneyland and the zoo it is just different when you are alone.
So here are my plans so far. I have a plane ticket, I have 2 tickets to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party on the 30th of Nov., I have zoo tickets that can be used any of the days we are there and we have a hotel booked.

Lucky you Michele!! I know what you mean about being alone as in adult only! My May trip is solo unless I ask a couple of friends who have epressed interest before we'll see! It would save me a bit on the room, that's the only downfall of doing it Solo!!

Yay! Lizzie came today! I am excited but she is pretty big. I was afraid of that but she will still be my Disney companion because she fits well in the side (water bottle) pocket of the Baggallini. I will just have to put my water in Aaron's backpack! I will get the camera out later and take pics of her to post on here.
I will also check out the photobucket site, thanks for the info. Oh, and I will definitly do a little mini report in here about the party at Disneyland. I am so excited. I am trying to decide if I want to dress up. I am going to be dead tired because I am flying in from eastern time zone that morning then go to the party that night but it will still be fun!

So I thought about going in costume to MTOTP but decided it was just going to be too much of a hassle so I am just going to make cute Disney halloween tees for myself and Aaron. I found some awesome DISsigns on RumblyTumbly's photobucket that Irky directed me to. I only need one though so I have no clue what to do. I could actually probably get away with making 2 for each of us then we could wear the second ones on halloween itself. So here are the ones I am thinking of. Please someone give me some input to help me make my decision.

Thanks Alan! I know we will have a great time and I can not wait to go to Mickey's Trick or Treat Party! I am sure going there is just going to make me want to go back to Disneyland and California Adventures. There is always 2010's vacation. Though the spring trip is already planned to Amsterdam and Brussels so maybe summer or fall.

I think this is my second favorite. It's simple and would look nice on a black t-shirt. I made one for the P&PP that had a black background on a black tshirt and loved the way it turned out.
