Do I need to bring the birth certificates for my 7 year old and 4 year old to fly on US Airways? I can't seem to find anything on the airline's web site.

The last time we flew with children, my daughter was an infant. :confused3

If you're just flying domestically, then no, you don't have to bring their birth certificates. When you go through security at the airport, they may ask your children their names, but that's it.

No birth certificates required for domestic flights. I fly US Air exclusively and they've never once asked for DD's birth certificate. They ask for her name and that's it.

Thanks for the info. I was hoping I wouldn't have to tear the house apart. :)

No, you only need it if they are flying domestically as a lap child under 2.
