Billing Problems with HRH?

I have been reading really negative things regarding HRH billing system and policies. Some of the posts are from people who have just recently returned from their vacation, such as lookingforward and lorielasvegas.
Has anyone else had these type of billing/credit card problems with HRH...I would REALLY like to know so I can be prepared.

Just back. No problems. In fact, we got in our room early. 10:30 AM. Used our room card for purchases and room service and got billed for exactly what we bought.

When we stayed in February we had one minor problem with our bill. We were charged for missing items from the mini bar that were missing before we got there. They took them off without question. The desk clerk was very polite and apologetic.

We didn't have any wrong charges at HRH, but we did at CBR.
