I am planning a trip in the fall for Polynesian resort. I am a big hot vacation person and love Hawaii and the Caribbean. What would you say is the biggest pro and con of the Polynesian and CBR? I have a 3 and 5 year old.

What is a good rate for that time of year? For our first Disney trip we had a $169 rate at the Beach Club last fall.

Also, if I book now and then a good code comes up, I can call CRO and get that rate?

The biggest difference is the fact that the Poly is a WDW deluxe resort. Meaning there are more amenities, you have interior hallways, bedding is either king, or 2 queens and a daybed, and a private balcony/patio. You have shops, and sit-down restaurants and room-service. At the Poly, you are directly on the monorail -- very easy to get to MK and Epcot. You also have boat access to the GF and MK.

The CBR is a moderate hotel, meaning not as many amenities, no interior hallways, no private balconies. You must take a bus to all parks.

If WDW is offering specials in the fall you may get a great rate. The Poly is approx. same price as BC/YC. It depends which deluxes are offering specials.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!
