WDWorBUST - Thanks for the very inspirational post just before week 6 was closed out. Those insights were very helpful!
whgrn- Here is the 1lb post that was made last week sometime. I'm sorry that I can't remember who posted it first.
If I lose just 1 pound weekly starting today, Feb. 6th, I will be:
By Valentine's Day, 1 pound lighter
By St. Patrick's Day, 5 pounds lighter
By Easter, 6 pounds lighter
By Mother's Day, 13 pounds lighter
By Father's Day, 18 pounds lighter
By Independence Day, 20 pounds lighter
By Labor Day, 28 pounds lighter
By Halloween, 37 pounds lighter
By Thanksgiving, 41 pounds lighter
By Christmas, 45 pounds lighter
By New Year's Eve, 46 pounds lighter!!!

And I'm still irrational about it because it's been a fantastic week for inches, ie. feeling different in my body etc. and that doesn't seem to help my head about it all. Okay I'll stop now.
Can you tell it has also put me in a very foul mood?
to my buddy Dona for her 2! Terrific.
I'm sorry that you had a gain but like all the rest of the people who gained today is a new day. Start fresh with a new outlook that you can do it. No one said it was going to be easy.
Here's to a better week.
Debi!
Yeah!

Spinning my wheels!! I maintained this week.
