Thanks for all the help on GF soda Rose and Buffy! I have only been having soda on special occasions lately, so I don't drink it too frequently. I try to stick to ginger ale, but I love Coke, so I will probably make that my soda of choice now.
LTS suggested that I print out lists from companies so that I know which of their products are GF. I will take your suggestion Rose and update them. Thanks again!
I had another night of weird dreams again. I hear you Buffy. They need to stop!
I've had 40 oz. of water already this morning. I drank a lot while working out at the gym. Not the best workout, but certainly not the worst and much better than Friday's. I'm calling it a win based on how bad Friday's was. I am thanking
my stomach for the miserable workout then. I did 4 min. miles on the recumbent bike today, which is my goal, and now I need to work on working out for a longer time.
I'm hoping to go to the gym again tomorrow and do at least 16 minutes plus do my strength training.
Have a great, OP day today! The thread seems slow. I hope everyone is doing well and just unable to get on the Dis because of time or because the Dis is upgrading.

I'm hoping it all goes away by next weigh in. It sucks how men don't have to deal with this every month. But, let's not start men bashing 
)

In a fantastically klutzy move tonight while doing laundry (!), I whacked my little pinky toe (the left one) on the door jamb to the laundry room. I am 99% sure it's broken - I'll go get it x-rayed tomorrow, but until I buddy taped it, it was at a pretty unnatural angle. 

Another thing is to exercise more. I definitely see a connection between weight gain and lack of exercise. I also agree with everyone else's responses.

We are heading to my brother's wed in western ma for a couple nights. Eating has been off and on. I'm still hovering above One-derland, but after vacation plan to get totally on track and lose that weight by mothers day. That will be 3 weeks away to lose 4 pounds. I can do it. And then, Pamela, maybe we can pick a day in early june that I'll take off and we can do lunch!!! I thought I'd like to take a day off, visit with you up your way, and then visit my godparents in Dover. 
). I'm a little afraid that if I start eating, it will lead to stres eating. However, I know I have to eat so it's off to breakfast I go. Hi-ho, Hi-ho!
