biggest loser couples

I really don't like Q, I think they made the wrong choice by sending his wife home last week. I think if the red team has to eliminate someone this week it will be him.

I agree! I'm not a fan of Q and really think he should have been sent home already.

I'm excited for Moses! He seems like a really nice guy. :)

I have to say I am happy Q went home. I hope he good butt kicking from his wife! :rotfl2:

Glad they sent Q home, he was just not putting his all into it.
But then again, neither is Arthur! Man, did they really have to show him shoving all those chocolates into his mouth? And why did some people pick the big pieces. I would pick the dark chocolate and the smallest ones on the table. I know Arthur needs to be there, but it is like he is taking advantage of the situation, but not taking advantage of the ranch.

I always wonder how I would do in these challenges, temptations and last chance work outs. The thing that would get me is the food. That and I hate people yelling and grunting at the gym - LOL.

Watching Arthur eat those chocolates was just gross:sick:I am really upset at the choice he made and Jill was more gracious to himthan I would have been. I still don't get the whole unknown trainers:confused3Why did they have to act that way in the gym:headache: Mary

Hi can I play :goodvibes

For some reason have not seen this thread before....glad I found it :thumbsup2 I agree about Q.... glad he is gone....wish he went last week instead of his wife....I had a feeling he was going to go this week and that he would be at the bottom of the line.

And Arthur showing in all those chocolates was gross...can you imaging doing that and not having a big glass of milk after....:upsidedow

I like the new trainers....but they seem a little desperate to me....that is, that they seem afraid they wont match up to and they so desperately seem to want to prove themselves.....I like the two separate teams with different trainers....nice change to the same old same old.

Hello, fellow show watchers!

I'm not going to be watching this evening, as I do want to see the Westminster Kennel Club Show.

I'll catch up on Biggest Loser later this week. :)

I wonder if more of them actually waterloaded but the younger girls just slightly did it. Almost all of the numbers seemed rather low and if they as a team had decided that they would lose, why not have everyone throw the weigh-in and guarantee a win the next week? Although if no one had water loaded, only one of the black team members would have gone home, possibly maybe no one!

I think it was Moses at the end that said these parents aren't really teaching their kids anything. I undersand wanted their kids to get healthy, but I also understand what he was saying. Don't worry Mommy and Daddy will get you out of anything.

I wonder why Jen gained 3 lbs? She looked like it wasn't done on purpose, but maybe she did.

I just can't seem to get into the show this year. I watch Glee from 8-9 then fast foward throught most of BL and end up live at the end. :confused3

I can't believe that 3 members of the black team did that.

I'm getting tired of the parent/child teams on the show overall because it's so predictable. The parent sacrifices themself for the child and goes home first. We see it almost every time.

I, too, don't think the new trainers add anything to the show. I was so upset that the black team just threw in the towel after losing the 3lb advantage. I think it was a loving thing to do, but unnecessary. Only one from the black team would have gone home instead of two. So we know next week if the black team loses the weigh in again, it will be the only remaining mother to go. Then the "kids" will have to stand on their own merits. It makes me so sad that the red team is mostly made up of big guys who are stronger and can win the challenges more easily. They act like it's such a big deal that they win when the deck is so frequently stacked in their favor.

I don't like the new trainers either. Can you see Jillian and Bob trying to make actual connections with their team. The new trainers (which I honestly can't remember their names) just seem more focused on proving themselves.

The parent child thing is getting on my nerves too. This is a time where a parent needs to hope their child does well on their own and for the parent to focus on themselves. I almost wish they would do a Biggest Loser couples, but each half of the couple on different teams.

I really wish the black team hadn't thrown the challenge. I think with Rulon's 4 lb lose and Jenn's 3 pound gain the black team might have had a good chance to beat them. But we will never know, I hate it when they throw a challenge for any reason. Everyone should work as hard as they can and let the chips fall where they may.

Courtney is my favorite.

I didn't get the new trainer guy's comments that this was the week the red team "proved" they belong on the BL ranch. They didn't "prove" ANYTHING! They got to stay because the black team threw the weigh-in.

I'm not liking this season for many reasons, primarily because it seems they have done away with teaching many from the lessons these people (and me) need to learn about nutrition and overall health. Maybe they're doing it off-camera, but I previously enjoyed that part of the show.

And if the red team had every meal prepared and served to them before they came to the ranch, how does that teach them how to properly eat once they're off the show? That made NO sense to me at all.

Hoping the show gets better, but not optimistic!
