I didn't get the new trainer guy's comments that this was the week the red team "proved" they belong on the BL ranch. They didn't "prove" ANYTHING! They got to stay because the black team threw the weigh-in.

Hoping the show gets better, but not optimistic!

I agree, I thought that was a really stupid statement. Anyone can win when the other team throws the weighin.
I can't stand the girl trainer (is it Kara?) I hate her accent. I was talking like her last night and my DH just started cracking up. He said I sounded dead on just like her. I guess I just think she sounds classless wit the way she talks. Of course I am not the classiest person either. LOL! I live in OH where we have NO accent, so I guess that may be why it bugs me.

I'm not liking this season for many reasons, primarily because it seems they have done away with teaching many from the lessons these people (and me) need to learn about nutrition and overall health. Maybe they're doing it off-camera, but I previously enjoyed that part of the show.

And if the red team had every meal prepared and served to them before they came to the ranch, how does that teach them how to properly eat once they're off the show? That made NO sense to me at all.

I think Marci is a player! Did you notice she was the one who convinced the other parents to gain for their kids yet she gained only one pound. Now that the other two parents are gone, if Courtney and Marci form an alliance with the purple girls, they now control the black teams destiny and will guarantee themselves to be the final four on that team. Marci has given Courtney a good shot at being in the finals. And I think that they told Jenn that they were throwing the weigh in and for her to gain weight so that next week, she would guarantee herself a big number and hopefully be the biggest loser of the week making herself safe. They all know she is the next target on that team before they have to turn on themselves. The stupid thing is, if the black team had played the way that Moses and his daughter played - you know, suck it up and do the work, then no one from the black team would have gone home and it would have been Rulon that would have fallen below the red line (if my theory about Jenn is correct. And Courtney did mention that they did it for the kids and Jenn in her confessional). I don't like the red team's trainers but I don't like the game play with the black team. This is why I don't like the couples format of Biggest Loser. It leads to too much extra game play. You come in with an automatic alliance. You only have to team up with one other pair and you've suddenly got a lot of numbers on your side.

I didn't understand the "throwing it" attitude of the Black Team either. They could have agreed to vote one of the parents out if the fell below the line, but there was no need to try to gain weight. Sacrifice 2 to save 1? They need all the team members they can get. The red team has a lot more weight to lose.

The new trainers aren't doing it for me either. They seem so fake. Has it been officially announced that they will be the 2 trainers for next season?

Tonight's episode was so sad, I can't believe that they would stick so rigidly to the "team" philosophy when Arthur was so dedicated at home while others didn't seem to really do much. Kaylee was shown helping other people exercise but wasn't shown doing any herself.

Also- I can't stand Hannah or Olivia, tonight's episode confirmed it for me.

I was disgusted with Sara. I haven't liked her much the whole time and tonight just made me like her less. She will definately be voted off next..in my opinion.
I am glad Aurther is doing well at home.

OMG, I cried so hard last night for Arthur. He is so emotional about his journey and I felt sooo bad for him. Sara knew he would be voted off if she threw him over there to the wolves and that's what she did. I'm so upset that happened, he really needed to be there!

I know this show is about the money. However, I am so pissed off at the red team voting off Athur. He NEEDED to be there. He has lost so much weight but is still the biggest contestent. The Biggest Loser is FOR people like him. I really hoped Jillian and Bob's plea had registered with the Red Team. Kaylee should have went home, IMO. I am so pissed off at that show right now. (I am so glad he is doing well at home and hope he kicks *** and wins the At Home prize.)

I hope the Black Team wins all of the rest of the team challenges and makes the Red people send their people home. Then I hope they black team gets rid of Sarah. But I think Marci is the one that is ready to go home.

I had a hard time watching Arthur go home too. He needs to be there, but I think he's going to go home and do great things and smoke them all for the at home prize! I think it was sad what the red team did to him. I also hate all the bull where they are like, "You're all family, I love you all, especially this person, but since I had to send someone home, I choose...."

The sad thing is that Marci (I think that's one of the moms? The one who gained last week to "save the kids") could have saved him. She doesn't need much more work, she could go home now and be fine. She could have sacrificed herself and moved over to the red team knowing that if Arthur was last, that's where he was going.

I'm hoping to go on one of Jesse's walks in a couple weeks. Hopefully Arthur will be there.

I agree, I can't believe they did that.

I am not sure how well the Black Team is going to do going foward. They are all getting pretty low in their weight and their weight loss is going to start declining. The Red team still has a few guys that are heavier and can put up pretty good numbers. From the game playing perspective I really thought they would keep Arthur.

I was not a fan of Arthur before, but I think it was more because I didn't like his dad. I am really glad he is doing well at home.

It's a game & Bob is one of the biggest game players of them all & if the shoe had been on the other foot the Black team would have done the same. & during the switch thing Arthur picked the ones he did so they would be sent home.

I am glad he is doing great at home, he started the first part of his journey at home before coming to the ranch & I think he "Got It"

I hate that the show once again created this type of situation, they are messing with people's lives here. Just like Jen and her Dad being sent over to the other side, this being able to pick the trainer thing had to end badly for someone.

Arthur was the last person that should have been sent home, it should have been Kaylee as she lost 1 lb in two weeks. The whole situation really ticked me off. However, I am so glad that Arthur is doing well at home and hope he continues to do so.

I was really proud of Austin, he did so well by ignoring the temptations. Meanwhile Courtney, Hannah and Moses are still my favs.

I'm with you. He's not the first person that was sent home too early. He played the game then suddenly feels he should stay because he's still has the most weight to lose? Should have thought of that earlier.

I am glad he's doing well at home because in the end that's what matters. You have to change your lifestyle and thankfully he did.

I don't feel bad for him either. In my opinion he doesn't deserve to be there anymore than anyone else and I think less than some of the other contestants.

Following the line of thinking that he needs to be there, should everyone else just give up now and hand it to Arthur because he needs it more?

Everybody eventually has to return to the "real world". He is doing it earlier than some and later than others. I am glad to see he is still working on his weight loss.
