I know we have talked about how the men weigh shirtless before they hit major weight loss and then they suddenly start wearing shirts. Now we know why!

I saw he was going to be on so I set my DVR to record it while I picked up DD from School. I figured they were going to give him somehting the way the preview looked! I'll watchy it a bit later when I get an extra minute

I hate to say it, but his chest looks like my dd13's. Little breasts to be. Except his won't ever be!

There is a lady at my rec center that has lost over 250 pounds. The amount of loose skin she has is so sad. But I admire her so much and wish she could find someone to do that surgery for her as well.

I am happy to report that I had a giant piece of chocolate cake sitting in front of me but I turned it down for a piece of Extra gum. Yum! Much better than the cake especially since it was Polar Ice flavor.

I wouldn't say that. She lost half about 25 lbs at the ranch in 6 weeks and another 25 lbs at home in 3-4 times as long. Sure, she lost weight but not A LOT of weight. She's still at least another 25 lbs overweight to get to a normal BMI.

Still, I was shocked she gained weight! I really didn't expect that. I thought they were holding her out for last for the whole team drama.

Kinda makes me wonder if maybe she actually didn't throw those two weigh in's. I liked her better tonight, when the first thing she said was "at least I get to go home to my children" that sounded more humane than she has been.

You really have to figure that BL loves to create drama with some creative editing. She's way less of an evil contestant than some of the other season's drama queens.

Orange guy (Daris?) is really doing great. He sort of just sticks to himself and gets it done.

Tonight's Extra Sugar Free Gum promo was the dumbest promo of all time!

You don't think she knew that. I think she lost 19# then kept getting immunity & messed up her weight loss by throwing the weigh-ins.

I 100% agree. She knew people would be gunning for them (LMAO off at people lining up to take Lance out) and decided to take the hit to ensure Lance would be able to say. She also mentioned "business problems" she had to take care of which make me think she had to go home. And she lost just fine at home.

After this past week, I am 100% behind Sam. That guy is inspiring. He wears his emotions on his sleeve, he realizes how fortunate he is to be on the show, he's a family man, and he gives it his all ever day. To see him continuously put up numbers like that is dumbfounding. Go Sam!

Also, I am amazed by how much Koli cares about every contestant. That guy has a heart as big as the state of Texas. He is probably my second favorite contestant.

I know! I was really frustrated by that promo. As I've said before, I wish they would offer some real advice on nutrition (and cravings). Gum can work once in awhile, but I was hoping he'd suggest some sugar free pudding or something at least kind of a dessert.

Agree with your take on Melissa - I know lots of people hate her, but I don't mind her when I compare her to Tracy last season who I couldn't stand.
I was surprised about Daris/Orange - I had no idea he was doing so well in his weight loss!
It was indeed the dumbest gum promo. Usually I can spot a promo spot a mile away on this show, but it never entered my mind that Bob would offer gum, when Stephanie was staring at cakes!

I don't know why but I hope the black team dad stays (Darrel?). I found myself pulling for him in the elimination challenge.
